That's quite an accomplishment. Things could have turned out very different.
Sometimes I can’t believe I made it out. I spent so many years of my life just wanting to die. I feel so lucky
It took being diagnosed with stage 3 heart failure to snap me out of it three years ago. Glad to see you continue to succeed. You're a light of hope for many.
I spent 25 years as a meth addict, lost a great job with the Post Office and then spent 12 years in and out of prison for meth labs. I learned a good trade the last time and I’ve got a great job. I love to hear about other survivors, my hat’s off to you!
I love to hear about others like me that turned it around. Great job!
I, too, dropped out of HS. I was 16 and my addiction was alcohol. I earned my Masters Degree at 56. Ain’t life grand?
Cheers and bravo to you, Sandy. I am older than you and never finished my undergraduate degree. You also have me thinking.....
That’s a LOT to be proud of. pic.twitter.com/CHFdStqIMw
